Tribal Court

The Kootenai Tribal Court serves as the judicial body of the Kootenai Tribe of Idaho, providing a forum for the fair and impartial resolution of matters under Tribal jurisdiction. The Court operates in accordance with Tribal laws, upholding the Tribe’s inherent sovereignty, reserved rights, and respect for religious and cultural traditions. Proceedings are held twice a month.
