Sturgeon Station

Opened in 2023, Sturgeon Station Travel Center is one of the Kootenai Tribe’s newest economic enterprises. The site includes a convenience store, fueling stations for cars and long-haul trucks, and a restaurant, with plans for future expansion as part of the Tribe’s long-term economic development strategy.

These enterprises create jobs, support economic growth in the Tribe and surrounding community, and generate revenue that funds essential Tribal government services and programs for Kootenai Tribal citizens.
