Tribal Court

The goal of the Kootenai Tribal Court is to provide a Tribal Court System that supports the Kootenai Tribe, tribal members and families. The Court endeavors to respect inherent tribal sovereignty, reserved rights, religious and cultural traditional practices while encouraging individual responsibility and mutual respect. The Tribal Court is available twice a month.
